When to use Yac

Meet

Instead of phone calls, for quick updates to your team just send a Yac and everyone can listen at their own convenience

Delegate

Instead of trying to give someone instructions on the phone on how to do a task, just record your screen and annotate so they know exactly what to do.

Update

Standups and updates - again instead of having to call everyone for an update, they can just yac you throughout the day

Manage

You can create different groups in Yac. I’m not sure what your role is day to day but you could have one that’s like “#engineering” “#management” “#marketing”
