Yac's unified communications division provides on demand, communication solution services to individuals, start-ups, small and medium businesses, and large enterprises. These services include fax to email, sophisticated inbound call management solutions, and other communication services to be offered in 2006, such as SMS.

Yac's communication services provide customers with the instant ability to offer high levels of quality customer service and reachability, whilst being more flexible and cost-effective than traditional onsite hardware or software solutions.

All communication services are managed via an easy-to-use web interface with real-time self-administration and are designed for scalability and value. All are platform and device independent, enabling customers to utilise the business services and tools that they rely on everyday, augmenting their contracted services and equipment, whilst making the most of the mobile and virtual working options of today.

Yac's media division focuses on providing a management and information service to the major publishers of classified adverts, in a printed and digital form. Yac is helping these companies get the best from their printed media and seamlessly make the transition to digital media.

The hosted and managed carrier grade platform was designed and architected by our engineering teams to be flexible, scalable, modular and robust and to integrate best in class functional components and technologies. The platform includes managed services including telephony, web and fax management, unified communications and voice messaging, conferencing, and text to speech. The platform integrates to other environments such as email systems, and SMS gateways and to other operator platforms.
