Yac's unified communications division provides on demand, communication solution services to individuals, start-ups, small and medium businesses, and large enterprises. These services include fax to email, sophisticated inbound call management solutions, and other communication services to be offered in 2006, such as SMS.
Yac's communication services provide customers with the instant ability to offer high levels of quality customer service and reachability, whilst being more flexible and cost-effective than traditional onsite hardware or software solutions.
All communication services are managed via an easy-to-use web interface with real-time self-administration and are designed for scalability and value. The platform includes managed services including telephony, web and fax management, unified communications and voice messaging, conferencing, and text to speech. The platform integrates to other environments such as email systems, and SMS gateways and to other operator platforms.
